La MANO of HOPE serves bi-annually in Medical Outreaches in Ecuador, Belize, Honduras and El Salvador. Medical professionals volunteer their time and expertise to partner with our local hosts to provide basic free clinic medical care and screenings. Non-medical volunteers also join these outreaches to serve in areas of logistics and connecting with the guests who attend the clinics daily.
